Visit our Events page and select the event you’d like to attend. Complete your registration directly on the event page.

How do I access my IBH account?

Log in anytime at ibh.com/login. If you’ve forgotten your password, click “Forgot your Password?” and follow the reset instructions. For additional assistance, email support@ibh.com.

Can I register multiple people?

Yes. During checkout you may purchase multiple registrations. Each registrant must have a unique name and email address.

Certificates & Continuing Education (CE) How do I download my CE certificate or get a replacement?

CE is provided in co-sponsorship with Praxis Continuing Education and Training by New Harbinger Publications. After each event, you will receive a unique link to create an account on their portal and complete your evaluation. After that is done, you can download your certificate. You can also visit https://praxiscet.ce21.com/account/login anytime to login and redownload your certificate.

What if I attended an event before 2017?

If you need a certificate from an event prior to 2017, please email staff@ibh.com with your full name, event title, and date.

Policies What is the cancellation/refund policy?

We are happy to issue you a refund anytime before an event. However, we do charge a service fee of approximately 3% for cancellations. This is simply to cover banking transaction fees that we have no other way of recouping. If you need a refund, simply go to ibh.com/refunds, fill out the form, and we will issue your refund within 1-3 business days.

What is the grievance policy?

To file a grievance, email staff@ibh.com. All grievances are reviewed promptly.

ADA and special requests

All live event venues are wheelchair accessible. For any special accommodation requests, please email staff@ibh.com.

Logistics Does IBH provide hotel blocks or discounts?

We no longer reserve hotel blocks, as most of our events are hosted at universities or alternative venues. Upon request, we are happy to suggest nearby lodging options.

Does IBH accept purchase orders?

No. We do not accept purchase orders.

Other Are discounts available?

Discounts are not advertised and are considered case-by-case. Individuals or groups requesting a discount should email staff@ibh.com. Discounts are not guaranteed, and most events sell out well before the event date.

Can I volunteer at an IBH event?

Yes. Event volunteers receive a reduced registration fee. To inquire about availability, email staff@ibh.com.

How do I join or leave the IBH mailing list?

All IBH email communications are managed through automated systems. Every email includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. If you continue receiving emails after unsubscribing, contact staff@ibh.com.
